“My lenses have scratches on them, can they be buffed out?”

The only way to remove scratches is to have brand new lenses made.

“I lost my glasses, are they covered under my warranty?”

Our warranty on frames and lenses only apply when we have all of the pieces. There is no warranty through our office for lost glasses or lenses.

“I am unhappy with my lens choice, is there anything that I can do?”

We have a 60 day policy that allows our patients to change their lenses once within that time period. Please come in so that we can get you something that will work better for you.

“Can you bill my insurance?”

In most cases we will be happy to bill your vision and medical insurances on your behalf. For your part, it is always good to also consult your human resources supervisor about the specifics of your plan. We are participating providers for the following plans:

Do you offer payment plans?

We now offer convenient, no-interest payment plans through CareCredit, a healthcare financing program.  Designed to pay for eye exams, glasses & contact lenses, or other out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance, it takes only a few minutes to apply.  This plan is also accepted at many dental offices and for veterinary services so it is quite handy for all your family's medical care.  Ask any A to Z staff member for details, or go to www.carecredit.com
